Is there an e-book or website that can teach me how to use rune stones?

Yes this one is awesome and it teaches you how to write your own name in runes.

The books by Tony Willis from the UK on the runes are all very good, but they’re out of print now, but worth looking out for secondhand copies maybe.
There’s another website here which seems to be based on his work and looks quite good and straightforward:
This one will tells you the slight variations in the different rune alphabets if you can’t identify all yours from the other websites:

Hello

You can download a free Rune program from my forum & you can also buy Runes & Books etc from my shop.

The rune program may be helpful in at least seeing how they can be used & their interpretation etc.
