What is the best ebook reader around?

I want to get a dedicated eBook reader. Must be able to do normal pdf files or at least come with software to convert to whatever format it displays.
Sorry I meant a piece of hardware.

Try yBook 1.4.58, downloadable from Download.com (http://www.download.com/yBook/3000-2125_4-10609994.html?tag=lst-0-4) It shows you ebook as a paper novel.

I personaly think the best e-book reader is Microsoft E-Reader. It’s easy to use and has a bookmarking feature that is really handy.
