How can I view e books on an ipod nano?

I pasted a pdf e book file in the notes folder in the ipod drive.
But when I viewed the file in the ipod it was showing some weird text some encode and such other stuff and the chapter names of the e book appeared alongside with this text.
Can anyone tell me how I can view full length e books on an ipod nano.

Try using a freeware program called iPod Library. It will import your ebooks & put them on your iPod so that you can read them. I insterted the link for the program below or you can just do a search for it. Good luck.
You can’t view ebook on ipod nano but you can view ebook from it.
